I’ve done a GMV for Racedriver GRID just now to share it.

The initial idea was to just have some footage of cruising and then add Home - Resonance in the background. While recording the footage I then had the idea of driving slower than the ghost of my personal best for that session to add some stylistic effect by making the driver chase some sort of ghost, the interpretation is up to you for that but personally I have 2. The first being a older driver that wasn’t as good as they were during their prime and is chasing that driving level. The second one is a new driver in the crew that has the ability to see things that has happened in the past, and is using that power to examinate different runs to learn from them. For the game itself it’s Racedriver GRID from 2008, one of my favorite arcade racing games in terms of physics and handling. I used various tips from PCGamingWiki and ReShade to tweak the graphics (this is its vanilla look). My laptop is struggling to run this game with all the tweaking tho as it isn’t very powerful. I’m getting barely 30-40 fps most of the time, maybe a bit less in city tracks.

I generally have a prejudice seeing AMV, as most of them are compiled anime cuts that don’t really go with the vibe most of the time, but holy, damn that animation is cool af!

I absolutely love this opening
Iron Man Armored Adventures is one of the earliest animated series I remember watching and I really liked it, mainly for its art style. I’ve been rewatching the show recently on Netflix (Last stopped after episode 6 of the 2nd season) and I never skipped the intro.
