If you like Imogen Heap then i can really recommenced the band Frou Frou, it is a collaboration between Imogen Heap and Guy Sigsworth, their album Details is really good, the song "Must be Dreaming" is probably my favorite.
very far from my usual haunts, but a friend shared this piece earlier today and it's so far wormed in my head. the way half the vocals sound like a siren wail, the other half hiding in the bass, it's just really good what the heck
Killswitch has been a jam. Not quite catchy enough to my ear to make it to my playlist, but it's super neat how mekaloton tuned Teto to sound so low. You don't hear that too often, and it really shows off the range of her voice.
Looking back at mekaloton's stuff this definitely feels a step up from their prior work, interested to see what they do next
This album has really grown to be one of my favorites from Astrophysics, who's already one of my favorite artists. I highly recommend giving it a listen! (cw: trippy visuals, potential flashing lights)
If I had to pick my favorite song from here, it'd most likely be shivers (feat. Harmful Logic). There's something so melancholy yet serene about the lyrics and the way that it's sung...
it takes a while but when the beat breaks it has a realy nice depth of sound and chaos while being kinda smooth
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH Guuuuut
Gut is German word for good lol I've kinda picked it up and didn't really think about using it there lol
i didnt even think about it in that way i was like ah this is a noise play the noise soundses
Was drumming to this and broke a blister on my finger (I'm good btw). Guess that makes this worth sharing...
Found this remix of "On Little Cat Feet" recently and it's been living inside my head since
(Note: The video above is a larger music mix, and has been timestamped to where that specific song is. Here's the original version without pitch correction, for anyone curious!)
do do dodododo do do do dodododo dod ba do do dododo
Iβm obsessed with these three songs and how theyβre arranged on this album followed by the albumβs finale,
Early synth music was fun. Those bloopy reverbed sounds are absolutely nowhere to be found after the 70's passed.
