A longggg time ago my brother set this as my background as a laugh. I was in my depression arc and I found this weirdly really inspiring, so I actually kept it as my wallpaper for a long time.

i’ve been a stock wallpaper…er? for a while, but in recent years it’s been art from other people!
(ok there was also the span of time near the end of high school and early college involving trying out a ton of different wallpapers from anime or space aesthetics or a game i was playing, but never being properly satisfied with any of them (shoutout to kagepro) )
it’s a little hard to share all of those here bc it’s been stuff from other friend groups and i do not have the old anime wallpapers at all, those are at least 2 laptop installations back, member stuff from supporting people, but i can at least post the one that’s been my desktop wallpaper the longest!
bento is one of the artists that captures very good Gender in their stuff, and i’m endlessly happy that this commission request went through. (there’s actually a second one with more saturation outside of the highlights that i sometimes swap to)
outside of that, JLT4n makes a lot of really nice bocc the rocc stuff that i’d be tempted to use!
for phone, there’s one in specific that i really enjoy still (currently it’s a few of the tarot designs i made recently for lock and home screen):

I have my wallpaper set to switch between like 7 different images (and honestly I need to switch some of them out and add a whole lot more. It’s been YEARS since I did anything with my wallpapers), but my favourite is this one (it’s dia from land of the lustrous)

I chose the PS3 wallpaper because I’m a fan of Cyberpunk 2077 and Edgerunners (but my laptop is bad so I cannot play 2077 T_T) and my laptop wallpaper because I tend to be drawn to abstract art.
The only wallpaper that I didn’t change is my phone wallpaper, which is Future Trunks from DBZ. I did already post it in the Art Sharing thread.

Oh oh oh oh, wallpapers! wallpapers!
I remember that when I got my first computer I instantly put a minimalist skyward sword style triforce symbol! I even used it as my go to profile picture for quite a while. I suppose smoll me was clinging onto whatever small cool gender feel symbol that would still pass of as normal that they could find!
As I traveled across the internet I eventually found a cool robot girl to hang up on my screen. She would remain there for quite a long time for the gender feels.
Will not link the artist cause… They have gone an interesting direction with their art since then.
Recently however, I’ve changed my wallpaper to this image of CrossCode!
Its an image that you only get to see once per playthrough for a couple of seconds, whose only purpose is to communicate a large sense of scale within an environment. But for some reason I found it really neat and can stare at it for hours!
Finally, my phone wallpaper!
Its a single intermission panel found within the manhwa Dungeon Odyssey. It’ll skip the infodump, but the manhwa itself is essentially an adaptation of a hopelessly generic light novel. Which somehow managed to get handed over to an artist for an adaption. Where the artist proceeded to change massive swathes of the original story with his adaptation and make something truly unique! You can tell how much fun he had making this panel!

but wenn i got a new laptop i counldnt find this pic again so i needed a new one, so as a tempor one wich was a warthunder one but then will watching a stream and 2 doodle request later (and ask if i could use them) i had these 2 but i didnt wanna use the autism one becaus school so i went with the seal one
