The PS2 Ratchet & Clank games have such good soundtracks. Definitely affected the music i'm into today.
I played Katamari Damacy for the first time just now. (It's on sale!)
And, well, this is what it greets you with:
THIS IS AMAZING WHY DID I NOT PLAY THIS SOONER ????!!!!
The katamari OST is utterly goated
Your Lonely Rolling Star, Que Sera Sera (my personal favorite), the angel songs, Gin & Tonic & Red Red Roses, Roll Me In, and the great disney renaissance-inspired remix of the title screen in the credits. I've never played the entirety of the game, but its OST is one I listen through in its entirety, semi-regularly
I am very late to this, but this track from drawn to life still surfaces in my brain every now and then
Robot building is never easy, but this bop makes it enjoyable and almost therapeutic. Occasionally pops in my head as well when I need to get menial stuff done
the whole vvvvvv soundtrack is incredible. the game is great too
i couldn't decide between these two so here's both
I love the VVVVVV soundtrack so much, I just wish any of the uploads of the music out there did a fade out of the music. All of the high-quality ones I could find just abruptly end and I'm too busy to set up a loop and fade myself
also, i wish it showed this bit even when a post is directly after the one it's replying to
it's not a meaningless distinction as sometimes posts are specifically replies to the post above, and not just to the thread in general, or vice versa
I never played this game but the OST is amazing
Random track as an example, they are all really good
The whole thing gives me strong ghost in the shell vibes [1]
probably thanks to the choir âŠī¸
We're glad the original post mentioned Arcanum because that's one of the games music we appreciated the most growing up, with the other major one being something that reveals our age rather well:
