Little moss clump surrounded by yellow lichen I found on a rock at a service station today. Some of the rocks also had what looked like quartz crystals which was cool.

Those cracks look so deep! I wonder how that happened. Is it because the tree is growing really fast? Either way, I bet bugs really like hanging out in them.

I think that trees first big bark is usualy like this. Theres a strong destincion to the fresh stems and thick bark in this tree (elm) so even the 8mm wide branches have ridges of bark this sise

That picture is such a tantilizing texture. If it didn’t hurt the tree or spread bark chips everywhere, I think I would pick at it endlessly and break off so many little crumbly bits.

I made this :3 Kit I got off Amazon. The turtle figure I got from my mother years ago.
The kit has another jar and suggest putting a succulent in it. So I’m gonna get one before I making the second terrarium.
This is day 1 so I will update when it starts doing its thing.
