In case nobody told you already, you might need to open it intermittently so that it doesn’t explode if there’s gas building up in there from stuff fermenting or otherwise decomposing.

“Bilge had its run starting as a fun mix of drinks and has exceeded all expectations. It ran for almost 6 months, and I have officially ended making anything under the name Bilge or the Bilge family. Will I make Bilge-like drinks in the future? Maybe, but not for a while. I feel happy now and need time. Bilge made me happy and was some of the most fun I have had.
