Also hot take: of the Pokemon movies I’ve seen (which is a small selection), I think Spell of the Unown is probably the one that holds up best, it’s fundamentally a story about a young girl grieving her father.

Movement is how many “steps” you can take in a turn while speed is used in combat to see if you can dodge or attack twice.
I could see how that might be confusing jsut by seeing the menu…
