Octopus!

3 hearts, brain’s in their throat, blue blood, regrowing limbs, can taste and smell with their arms, and ability to change color and even change the texture of their skin! Their entire body is flexible except for the beak, so they can fit into any gap that is larger than their beak {which is often the size of a small coin}

They’re extremely intelligent, being able to use tools, and there are many accounts in aquariums of them escaping their tanks to eat other fish, then going back in before anybody notices. Another interesting thing, two thirds of their neurons are found in their arms.

Sad fact D: the average lifespan of an octopus is only about 1 year, and they usually starve to death protecting their eggs. This is unusual, as most animals with higher intelligence have longer lifespans {so there’s more time to use it to the fullest}

Shingle urchins (Colobocentrotus atratus), native to Hawaii, have ultra-strong tube feet that make them 3x as resistant to being washed away compared to the typical urchin and let them live on shores with heavy waves.
