This is a super late reply and we're only like. half sure of it, but. that looks like it might be Skadi from Arknights.
Arknights is a fairly potent source of genders from our experience, one we would give much to be able to emulate is Frostleaf:

I've got one specific gender that influences everything I wear and do, but I can't explain it all that well. I prefer to wear a tight top, loose pants/overalls/coveralls, and clunky boots that'll stand up to me dropping tools on my feet. Basically leaving myself free to move while also being comfortable

it's like somewhat accurate, but in the cold months cerena layers a flannel shirt and jeans because you cant go out in just a tank top if the weather's gonna freeze your fingers off
i like sleeves a lot more than cerena does so you'll find me wearing dresses and cute cropped shirts or blouses more often. idk that i have an inspiration so much as "ooh cute dress on sale! but it's too short so i have to wear it with pants again" lol

The ghosts of Undertale can really be seen as gender inspirations and trans allegories, as their struggles and yearning to find a corporal form that would finally make them feel like themself.
And besides... I'd never find the kind of body I'm looking for, anyway.
But for Mettaton he makes an unusual friend in Alphys, they bond over a love for human culture, and then Alphys surprises Mettaton with a plan...
She surprised me with something today. Sketches of a body that she wants to create for me... a form beyond my wildest fantasies. In a form like that, I could finally feel like... "myself." After all, there's no way I can be a star the way I am now. Sorry, Blooky. My dreams can't wait for anyone...
Right before you finally face Mettaton as a boss in Undertale, you complete this final transformation for him. And he is NOT shy about just how thrilled and euphoric he is for this form:

This enthusiasm is further reflected in one of the greatest boss themes of all time and a truly fabulous fight!
I find Mettaton's enthusiasm, determination, and drive to shape his body into a form that feels right to him, that allows him to fully shine as the playful diva with a heart of gold he is, hugely inspiring!
I love the delightful mix of gender he has going on too. He fully goes by masculine pronouns, but presents as a mix of masculine and feminine features and mannerisms, its really flamboyant and delightful.
Due to this a lot of folks consider him to be a transmasc icon, and I say slay.
Embracing all sorts of gender is a cheap and legal thrill
